School is almost over so the kids will have a lot of free time on their hands. This can only mean one thing: Roller-coaster season is here!

What’s more fun for the kids than a day (or two!) at an amusement park? Laughing until their cheeks hurt, noshing on cotton candy and meeting all their animated heroes are what amusement parks are all about.

1. Universal Studios Florida & Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Orlando

Immerse yourself in the magical and exotic worlds of iconic films like Despicable Me, Harry Potter and Jurassic Park.
